Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Greeter/Runner to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that dresses and other garments are returned to the correct racks in a neat and organized manner. Your work will help create a pleasant and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collect dresses and other garments from fitting rooms, "Go-Back-Racks" as well as other areas of the store.
Sort and organize items by size, style, and category before returning them to the sales floor.
Ensure garments are properly hung, buttoned/zipped, and displayed neatly on the racks.
Maintain organization and tidiness throughout the store.
Assist with restocking, straightening, and merchandising as needed.
Provide friendly and helpful customer service when approached by shoppers.
Report any damaged or misplaced items to the appropriate team member.
Support team members in keeping the fitting rooms and sales floor clean and orderly.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving clothing for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings, and weekends.
