Our physicians work a four-day workweek with rotating coverage, supported by a team large enough to make actual work/life balance possible.

The Must-Haves

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• At least 5 years post-residency
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• A warm, engaging, compassionate bedside manner
• A genuine love of children AND their families

• Most importantly, someone looking for long-term career longevity and a place to grow
