Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Master Technician role located in Brockton, MA. The Master Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The Master Technician will also assist in training junior technicians, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide exceptional customer service by communicating vehicle needs and repairs effectively.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and skills in automotive repairs and maintenance, including diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
- Experience with tire services, brakes, suspension, and alignment
- Proficiency in using automotive tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ASE Certified or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred
