VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring an HR Generalist for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Pay for this position is $24-$27
As an HR Generalist you will:
- Performing Recruitment & Onboarding-
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing and hiring.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Attendance & Records Management
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records
- Address attendance-related concerns and enforce company policies.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions
- Handle investigations, mediate disputes, and provide guidance on policy compliance
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
HR Generalist Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to speak and read fluent English
- Ability to pass Pre-employment Screening
