This person will be responsible for building relationships with companies, identifying hiring needs, and offering workforce solutions that help manufacturing businesses operate more efficiently. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate value, close deals, and develop long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Reach out to manufacturing companies by phone, email, and in person
- Identify client staffing needs and offer the right workforce solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, plant managers, HR managers, and business owners
- Present company services in a professional and persuasive way
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing accounts
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure client needs are properly communicated
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, prospects, and client communication
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred
- Experience selling into the manufacturing sector is a strong plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling, business development, and follow-up
