What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgical Scrub Technician position at VIP Specialists?
Position Summary:
Individual is responsible for scrubbing of surgical cases, assisting with nursing care patients and assisting in the preparation of supplies and equipment for procedures. Will also assist front office clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling and registering patients. Qualified candidates will posses the following skills/traits:
- Experience as a surgical technician preferred
- Medical Assistant experience
- Multi tasking
- Attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Scheduling
- Familiar with insurance and authorizations is preferred
- Excellent patient care
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
