Full-Time | Monday-Friday
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekends Off
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Service Advisors (DSAs)
- Train and onboard new staff while providing ongoing mentorship and technical support
- Conduct regular site visits to support staff and clients in the community
- Assist with client intakes, staff scheduling, and program coverage
- Monitor documentation and case notes to ensure quality and compliance
- Develop relationships with local businesses, volunteer organizations, and community partners to create meaningful community exploration and skill-building opportunities
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and staff development
- Collaborate with leadership to improve services and ensure program success
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate program records
- Help create a positive, safe, and person-centered environment for both staff and clients
- A positive leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in both office and community settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
- Willingness to travel throughout the High Desert area to support staff and program participants
