Job Title: Remodeling Foreman Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remodeling Foreman to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman and leader who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily job site operations and lead field crews.
- Perform carpentry and other remodeling work as needed.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
- Ensure work is completed according to company quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
- Identify and resolve job site issues before they impact schedule or quality.
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with homeowners.
Qualifications
- 5 years of residential remodeling experience.
- 2 years of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and general remodeling.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience using project management software.
- Strong customer service skills.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay: $32.24 - $40.00 per hour
