What You’ll Do
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions, concerns, and service needs
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, messages, and other customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate, complete, and helpful information about company services, products, promotions, and policies
• Process orders, payments, refunds, exchanges, and account updates
• Verify customer information including contact details, billing information, and account records
• Resolve complaints by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Suggest alternatives when products or services are unavailable or issues arise
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and account activity
• Support sales efforts by informing customers of promotions, recommending services, and helping meet team goals
• Work closely with management and team members to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations
• Assist in compiling feedback and reporting on customer satisfaction trends
• Follow company procedures, communication standards, and customer service policies
• Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and a willingness to go the extra mile

• Previous customer service or customer support experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions with professionalism and confidence
• Active listening skills and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in different situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning customer management or CRM systems
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
• Sales confidence or the ability to recommend products and services when appropriate
• High school diploma required; college degree or 3–5 years of related experience preferred
