Established solo and team truck drivers

VIP Logistics and our family of companies is looking for established teams based throughout the US. We are growing and are excited to provide exceptional on time service to our customers.

Our team of transportation professionals is committed to providing the best transportation experience possible for our customers and team members.

Established teams should expect to drive 5000 - 7000 miles per week. Solo drivers 3000- 3500 miles per week.

We provide our driver associates quality equipment to get the job done and keep the tires turning. Our late model fleet of Volvo and Western Star tractors are serviced by our company technicians at our Ira Township, Michigan campus.

Should you require service while in the road our network of OEM approved service partners will get you back on the road quickly.

Our 53’ dry van’s, conestoga’s, drop deck van’s, curtain side van’s and temperature controlled trailers are used to safely transport our customers valuables through out the country.

We provide 24/7/365 dispatch and tracking services so you are not alone when you are on the road. Our experienced team is there to assist you with any question or problem you may have.

Spend a minimum of 3 weeks out and get 4 - 5 days home time or create your own on the road schedule starting with 3 weeks out. If you have truck parking available we will find a load to get you paid to go home!

What you bring:

A valid CDL Class A license

Proficient in Truck Driving and understanding vehicle operations

Knowledge and adherence to DOT Regulations

Experience with maintaining truck safety and ensuring proper vehicle condition

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to punctuality and delivering exceptional service

Previous experience in freight transportation and logistics is a plus

Must have at least ONE year of experience for Solo

Team pay starting at .70 cpm for dedicated freight lanes

Solo pay starting at .50 cpm for dedicated freight lanes
