Position Purpose
Were hiring a Landscaping Job Coach to join our team. What Youll Do

Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health.

Work side-by-side with clients (1 Job Coach to 3 clients), providing hands-on training and support.

Track client progress with weekly notes.

Collaborate with supervisors and case managers to ensure client success.

Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with partner job sites.
What Were Looking For

High school diploma or GED.

Must be 21 with valid drivers license, insurance, and registration.

Landscaping knowledge or experience required.

Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred, but not required).

Availability: MondayFriday, 6 a.m.2:30 p.m.
