Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist located in Anaheim, CA. The role involves preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, performing imaging procedures using advanced equipment, ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed, and maintaining accurate patient records. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, the technologist will help deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology, such as the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Radiation Safety procedures and practices
- Proficiency in handling Radiopharmaceuticals and performing Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures
- Understanding of medical protocols and principles related to diagnosis and patient care in the field of Nuclear Medicine
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
- Experience with cardiac imaging or mobile imaging solutions is a plus
