- You'll have a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours as a part-time team member.
- You must live within a two-hour drive of Akron-Canton Airport.
- You'll need to successfully complete our initial Flight Attendant training program (paid, by the way).
- And of course, you'll need to interview and be selected to join our crew.

Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Welcoming guests onto the aircraft with a real smile, helping with seating, luggage, or any questions they have, and staying available throughout the flight. You'll keep the cabin calm and friendly, even when things don't go perfectly—delays happen, weather changes, and plans shift, but your kindness stays steady.
- You'll also handle meal and beverage service (alcohol included), always following the highest hygiene standards. You'll keep the galley organized, the cabin clean, and use Breeze's inflight technology comfortably. When needed, you'll provide clear safety and evacuation instructions, administer first aid, conduct security screenings, and complete our Autism Awareness Training.
- And through it all, you'll remain approachable, professional, and composed under pressure—because that's what being "Seriously Nice" really means.
First, let's get the requirements out of the way. To be considered, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a current passport with at least six months remaining at the time of application.
- Have the legal right to work in the U.S. and travel freely to and from the country.
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA fingerprint-based background check.
- Be able to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
- Be willing to work "Reserve Assignment" at your assigned base.
- Live within a two-hour drive of Akron-Canton Airport.
- You must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance (no specific minimum height listed, but this is the functional test).
- You must have adequate head clearance in the cabin.
- You must be able to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt.
- You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, close overhead bins with about 50 pounds of force, and push/pull beverage carts up to roughly 60 pounds.
- You must pass vision and hearing tests.
- You'll need to stand for extended periods and assist disabled passengers, including using an inflight wheelchair.
