We are hiring for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer in North Andover, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE full-time position that will be on 1st shift Mon-Fri. This position will include working within a metal manufacturing environment with duties including but not limited to:
- Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks for product design changes and the design of new products.
- Documenting assembly processes using engineering drawings and digital tools.
- Evaluating the root cause of product failures.
- Maintain and review manufacturing test equipment while working on the production floor.
- Creating and releasing blueprints.
- Manage inventory control.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement Lean Six Sigma programs, and create process specifications.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience or graduate with related Associate degree.
- Must have experience with Blueprints, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Must have experience in Lean manufacturing, ISO, CNC
