We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on 1st and 2nd Shift in Ayer, MA. These roles are for our client that specializes in food manufacturing and distribution. These roles will consist of:
- Craft and conduct strategies to streamline warehouse operations under the direction of the Senior Warehouse Manager.
- Direct a diverse team of forklift operators and warehouse personnel ensuring everyone hits their goals.
- Play a pivotal role in talent dynamics, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the production and inventory specialists to make sure production runs smoothly.
- Implement safety, ensuring every team member is following procedures and policies to provide a safe working environment.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
-At least 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory type role.
-Forklift certified
