Sanitation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sanitation Lead to join our team. This position will involve ensuring all cleaning follows SQF/Food Safety and HACCP guidelines while cleaning throughout the building. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Sanitation Experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Training, mentoring and assisting all Sanitation Technicians in all aspects of their duties
• Filling in for the Sanitation Manager as needed
• Safely operating, assembling, and disassembling all sanitation equipment as trained
• Performing preventative maintenance on sanitation equipment as needed
• Ensuring all cleaning follows SQF/Food Safety and HACCP guidelines
• Filling out all paperwork promptly and accurately as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Sanitation Experience; Preferably in Food Manufacturing
• Basic knowledge and operation of cleaning equipment
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Ability to read and comprehend all written instructions and work orders, as well as fully communicate, in English

Location: Ayer, MA
Schedule: 12am-10:30am, 4 days weekly, 10hr days
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
