Job Description
- Our Cast Members perform the essential front-line tasks for the movie theater, including roles in the box office, concession stand, and as an usher.
Cross-training in selling tickets, running concession POS transactions, serving concession products, cleaning the theater and providing guest services is provided to all Cast Members. Generally, work tasks will include:
- Sell tickets, and serve food and drinks to customers
- Clean and sanitize the theater regularly
- Stock and record inventory efficiently
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate with management as issues arise
- Work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications / Expectations
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must commit to showing up to work on time when scheduled
- Must have a positive team-focused attitude and be willing to learn
