Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Aesthetician to provide exceptional facial and body treatments in a professional spa or med spa setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, esthetic procedures, and customer service, with the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. This role offers an opportunity to utilize advanced skincare techniques, including dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and body waxing, while delivering personalized care that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, dermabrasion, and product demos tailored to individual skin types.
• Administer body treatments such as waxing, body wraps, and massage therapies (including deep tissue massage).
• Conduct advanced procedures like dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, and tattoo removal (if certified).
• Provide eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, and hair styling services.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and upselling treatment packages to clients.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client records management.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers.
• Ensure excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively.
• Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including check-in/check-out processes and appointment confirmations.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in facial treatments, body waxing, dermal fillers, Botox administration, laser treatments, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product use.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the spa or med spa industry.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, hair styling, nail care, and tattooing if certified.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor.
