Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Full-Time | $125,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and inclusive of commission and bonuses)

We’re currently seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager who is driven, innovative, and ready to lead a fast-paced, high-volume department. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about both team development and exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of pre-owned management experience

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team

• Strong desking and vehicle appraisal skills

• Experience running a high-volume, fast-paced used car department

• Commitment to performance, integrity, and customer satisfaction

• Ability to adapt to industry changes and market demands

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and drive the performance of the pre-owned sales department

• Train, coach, and motivate sales personnel

• Appraise, price, and manage used vehicle inventory

• Desk deals and assist salespeople in closing

• Set monthly sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations

• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability

• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure overall dealership success
