Compensation details: 80000-100000 Yearly Salary

- Weekend Availability Required

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring achievement of all performance goals
- Desk deals and structure financing effectively to close transactions
- Maintain compliance with all dealership, local, state, and federal regulations
- Mentor, train, and develop sales consultants to drive team success
- Collaborate with General Management for deal approvals and strategy
- Maintain and utilize CRM tools (VinSolutions, AutoAlert) for lead follow-up and performance tracking
- Manage and improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong closing and deal structuring skills
- Proficient with CDK, VinSolutions, and AutoAlert
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Deep understanding of dealership sales processes and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- 3 years of experience in a dealership management role
