Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding floral selections and care.
- Manage inventory through effective stocking and merchandising practices.
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience through effective communication and teamwork.
Skills
- Proficiency in floral design techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience in retail sales, including cash handling and retail math skills.
