Front of house sets the tone of the entire shop. This is a high-touch, boutique environment and the level of service should reflect that.
We get busy, and that is the goal. Lines, sell-outs, full mornings. You should be someone who enjoys that pace and gets better as it picks up.
We’re looking for people who are warm, organized, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure. No panic, no chaos. Just clear, efficient, thoughtful service.
This is an all-hands role. You’ll move between front of house, coffee service, and light kitchen support as needed. You are responsible for maintaining a high standard across both front and back of house.
THE ROLE
Part-time, 10 to 20 hours per week
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
We are open Thursday through Sunday. Availability for Thursday through Sunday mornings starting at 7am is required. Weekend availability is required.
PAY $16 to $20 per hour guaranteed minimum
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide high-level, consistent customer service from start to finish
- Take orders, handle payments, and stay accurate during busy rushes
- Build boxes, package orders, and keep the line moving efficiently
- Prepare coffee and drinks as part of daily service, barista experience is a strong plus
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized front space
- Open and close the shop with care and attention to detail
- Jump into dish, tidying, and light kitchen support as needed
- Keep the overall flow of the shop smooth, fast, and controlled
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 to 2 years of customer service or food service experience required
- Barista experience is a strong plus
- This is not an entry-level role

HIRING PROCESS
