Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Administer diagnostic tests as required.
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the clinical environment.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of physiology to assist in patient assessments and care plans.
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
- Experience in clinic settings preferred.
