Primary Responsibilities
- Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services to help keep vehicles safe and properly maintained.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while acting as a trusted advisor to guests.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
