Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional development.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring that all products and supplies are adequately stocked and managed efficiently.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Handle sales management activities, including setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for products and services used in the spa.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining a balanced workload among team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the spa or wellness industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
