Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service. As Spa Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, assisting in managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of the spa.
Responsibilities:
- Sales oriented position as the front facing person in the spa.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing reservations and payments
- Coordinate and manage events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby
- Respond to guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
-Sales background
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Experience in sales and hospitality is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with event management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reservation systems
