Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Experience Specialist located in Clifton, NJ. The Guest Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, and responding to concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves managing customer interactions via phone and in person, maintaining a welcoming environment, and coordinating appointments with efficiency.
