Key Responsibilities

Lead the Guest’s Aesthetic Journey

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and virtual Good Faith Exams as needed when RNs are scheduled without an NP/PA
• Create and implement comprehensive, total-body aesthetic treatment plans aligned with long-term client outcomes
• Administer advanced injectables (toxins, fillers, PRP) with anatomical precision and artistic confidence
• Educate guests on service expectations, post-care, skincare, and follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and retention

Ensure Clinical Excellence & Compliance

• Collaborate with our Medical Director, Dr. Cameron Erickson, Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
• Maintain documentation aligned with TMB and HIPAA standards
• Monitor inventory of neurotoxins and dermal fillers; ensure safe handling and accountability
• Comply with all Texas Medical Board regulations for scope, delegation, and supervision

Support Operations & Continuous Growth

• Be virtually available for Good Faith Exams on unscheduled days (compensated with one hour of pay at your standard rate)
• Contribute to special events, clinical workshops, and brand-aligned marketing efforts
• Participate in vendor, franchise, or continuing education—all training must be pre-approved by the Spa Director

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
• 3 years of advanced injectable experience (toxins and fillers)
• 5 years of total nursing or clinical practice preferred
• Strong facial and body aesthetic assessment capabilities with a proven track record of patient outcomes
• Commitment to luxury service delivery, team collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with EMR, inventory control, and time-based productivity environments
