As we continue to expand in Canton, CT, we are seeking an experienced and growth-minded Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector to join our high-performing team.

About the Role
This is a client-facing, performance-driven position focused on delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while building strong patient relationships and long-term treatment plans.
The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, skilled in injectables, and motivated to grow both clinically and professionally in a fast-paced med spa environment.
Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
Educate patients on skincare, laser/device services, wellness offerings, and post-care
Support full-face balancing and long-term aesthetic planning
Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and treatment protocols
Follow all Connecticut regulations, safety standards, and clinical guidelines
Contribute to patient retention, rebooking, and overall clinic growth
Stay current with advanced aesthetic techniques and industry trends
What Success Looks Like

- Consultation-to-treatment conversion

Qualifications
Active Connecticut NP or PA license required
Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injectable experience required
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic medicine

Ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships
Evening and rotating weekend availability preferred
