Job Description
Vinyl Up Bros is a fast-growing custom printing and packaging company specializing in high-quality Mylar bags and labels. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to assist with applying labels to Mylar bags, packaging orders, and supporting print production.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow for candidates who bring additional skills. Pay is cash
Responsibilities
- Apply labels to Mylar bags accurately and consistently
- Ensure labels are straight, centered, and free of bubbles or wrinkles
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Assist with packaging, counting, and organizing orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production guidelines and meet daily order deadlines
- Communicate with team members regarding order status or issues
- Assist with print production as needed
- Requirements

Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and equipment
- No experience required — we will train the right candidate
- Skills That Are a Plus
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
- Ability to operate or assist with Roland printers (or similar wide-format printers)
- Experience in packaging, labeling, or production work
- Familiarity with Mylar bags, stickers, or print products
