The Installation Department Manager is responsible for facilitating efficient movement within the installation bay. They provide operational, communicative, and personalized support for team members in the bay. They deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and consistent adherence to processes and procedures.
Accomplishes results by performing management and guidance to ensure the Installation Department provides overall preparation, installing of graphics/wraps and finishing of vehicles in the installation bay. They will ensure that team members have the necessary items required to start on a job when they receive it. Provides a positive leadership and cultural experience through regular dialogue and a great attitude and exceptional leadership skills. They will be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused on long-term personal and company growth. They will ensure the accuracy of an installation project to have graphics applied. They will guarantee the timely execution of graphics application by fully supporting the install team.
