Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Commission Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is confident in building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.
Compensation:
- Trainning salary to start
- Salary / Commission-Based Structer (High earning potential)
- Bonuses available based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided and self-generated)
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, and HOAs to provide estimates
- Educate customers on fencing options (vinyl, aluminum, gates, etc.)
- Measure job sites and prepare accurate quotes
- Close sales and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction or home improvement is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction or willingness to learn
