What You’ll Do:
- Handle termite treatments, attic insulation, and exclusion work, along with specialized jobs like termite installs and attic insulation projects.
- Perform boots-on-the-ground pest control services, ensuring thorough and effective treatments.
- Explain services to customers and provide education on pest control solutions.
- Navigate and work in tight spaces, attics, and crawl spaces for extended periods.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete scheduled services.
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends (Saturdays) as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in pest control, construction, HVAC, or similar hands-on work is strongly preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and physically demanding environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and interact with customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor daily.
- This position is subject to a background check and drug screening.
