Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured.
- Mix concrete materials according to specifications, using a concrete mixer.
- Use power tools to cut, shape, and smooth concrete surfaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks, such as installing baseboards and molding.
- Apply plaster and other finishes to concrete surfaces.
- Restore or repair damaged concrete structures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a concrete laborer or in a similar construction role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and skid steers preferred.
- Knowledge of power tools and their safe operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques and installation of baseboards and molding.
- Understanding of frame carpentry, including metal stud framing and drywall installation.
- Experience with plaster application and other finishes on concrete surfaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
