Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by the provider.
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient information and treatment plans within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
