What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Production Assistant position at Vintage Rose Bakery & Sandwich Shop?
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of raw and in-process ingredients for finished goods
- Assist with setup and execution of daily catering orders
- Back up cook line, help during rush periods to expedite orders
- Assist with bakery items as needed, and as time permits
- Assist with dishes, sidework, and other cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock and organize shelves, maintain inventory
Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus (willingness to learn - and do - is pretty awesome, too)
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Must be a team player, willing to help out
- Must be responsible, self-motivated and disciplined
- Must be able to maintain a clean & organized work area, follow and complete a daily tasks list
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
