Warehouse Associate / Order Fulfillment
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate that can work with a small, close-knit team to fulfill customer orders taken via phone sales or from our webstore. This full-time position involves fulfilling parts orders, working in a series of warehouses & 13 acre yard of automotive parts, which are sold to customers all over the world.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Priority:
- Fulfill parts orders, working with warehouse, sales, and other staff to serve customers
- Assist with responding to customer order inquiries via phone and email
Additional Future Duties
- Receive and inventory parts from producers and vendors
- Maintain and organize warehouse and receiving areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of communication apps (email, chat, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office software (Microsoft Word/Excel and/or Google Docs/Sheets)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and optimize processes
- Ability to drive a forklift - preferred
- Experience working in a parts store or as a mechanic, with knowledge of a wide range of standard auto parts
- Must be capable of working in summer heat and cold winter conditions

- Indoor & outdoor, will require work outside & in uninsulated buildings year round
- May be required to stand for multiple hours throughout the workday

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
