This is a full-time on-site position for an Interior Architect at Vintage Luxury Homes, located in Barrington, IL. The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and planning interiors, developing creative concepts, and aligning architectural layouts with the practical and aesthetic needs of clients. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating detailed design drawings, collaborating with clients to develop interior concepts, and overseeing the interior fit-out process to ensure superior quality and execution. Effective teamwork with the design and construction teams will be essential to achieving project goals.

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Interior Architecture to integrate structural and interior design seamlessly.
• Experience with Interior Fit-out, including overseeing the execution of detailed designs.
• Effective communication and project management skills to collaborate with clients and construction teams.
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and visualization tools.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity and innovation in design.
• Prior experience in luxury home design or residential projects is a plus.
