Great opportunity for a fast paced, tech savvy, person to join a team of dynamic, local entrepreneurs as they launch their next chapter in Lincoln City!
We are moving our brick and mortar operations online! You will be helping us inspect, photograph and sell our diverse line of women’s fashion and accessories (modern, resale and vintage) across major platforms (like eBay and Etsy or Posh) and to our website. This is a very fast paced role where your efficiency will directly impact your earnings. We value hard work, passion and drive and we will reward those who help us build this new entity. Salary will be a combination of base/hourly compensation and some huge bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Listing: Rapidly create high-quality listings on eBay, Etsy, Depop, and Poshmark, including accurate descriptions and keyword optimization.
- Product Photography: Style and photograph items (clothing, handbags, footwear) to maximize appeal while accurately representing condition.
- Quality Control: Inspect and help us accurately sell one of a kind items on
- Tech Troubleshooting: Navigate e-commerce software and independently solve minor technical or software-related hurdles.
- Shipping & Logistics: Assist with packing and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Platform Expertise: Would love you to have experience selling on eBay, Etsy, Depop, or Poshmark but we will train you if you are computer savvy and driven. Familiarity with cross-listing tools is a major plus.
- Tech Mastery: Need you to be super comfortable on these platforms and in your ability and attitude to learn new technologies and skills. You aren’t calling tech support here, my friend, you are the tech support!!! (lol)
- Fast-Paced Mindset: We are entrepreneurs and things change around here! We like flexible, forward thinkers! We look for the solution; don’t get stuck in the problems!
- Apparel Knowledge: Strong familiarity with women’s fashion brands, vintage eras, and fabric types. If you don’t have direct work experience in these areas; be prepared to tell us how you are going to learn and ramp up quickly!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
