Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests while providing top-notch beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and ensuring that all patrons have an exceptional experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and tools.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
