This role is 100% ON SITE from Day 1, with some (up to 20%) travel for up to 2 months (Warrenton, VA) to support a new site. The agency will pay for travel expenses such as mileage and lodging if needed at Warrenton for an extended period. Some travel locally is expected to the Hampton Roads area (up to 10 %) to support local Benefits offices on occasion. Any required travel will be reimbursed directly by agency. Candidate must provide proof of Driver's License and have their own reliable transportation.
About The Role
Need a skilled Desktop/Technical Support Technician to support the Department of Veterans Services' (DVS) Puller Veterans Care Center, which is a medical facility that is being stood up. The site will host about 200 IT devices (desktops, laptops, phones, printers, mobile phones).

The candidate will assist DVS IT Management with integration, management, and support of the Information Technology program for the Puller Veterans Care Center (PVCC) in Warrenton, VA, plus support some remote Veterans Benefits sites.
