Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for a Recruiter based in McLean, VA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates, building and maintaining a pipeline of talent for various positions. Additional responsibilities include posting job openings on various platforms, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The Recruiter will also play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment sources and ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job posting platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently in an on-site environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with senior living or healthcare recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
