Source to Pay Architect Procurement Solution Architect

Purpose: Lead & design sourcing, procurement, invoice & payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation strategy across sourcing, purchasing, supplier collaboration, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.
• Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution architecture.
• Design and govern core procurement processes: requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, service procurement, subcontracting, consignment, indirect purchasing.
• Establish standardized procurement policies and global template development.
• Define supplier management and strategic sourcing capabilities.
• Lead inventory replenishment and procurement integration architecture.
• Design financial and compliance integration with AP, Cost Management, Asset Accounting, Tax, Approval Workflows, Internal Controls, Audit.
• Establish procurement analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks.

• Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
