Elite Nanny Opportunities - Permanent Placement, Live-In, Live-Out, Summer, Drop-In and Event Care
White Coat Concierge Nanny Services is a selective, premium nanny placement network serving physician and executive families across Hampton Roads. We are accepting applications from experienced childcare professionals for permanent placements, live-in roles, live-out roles, summer care, drop-in care, and event childcare opportunities.
We do not accept every applicant. Our recruitment process is intentionally rigorous because our families expect professionalism, discretion, safety, reliability, and exceptional care. Candidates who are accepted into our network may be considered for higher-quality placements, premium pay opportunities, and long-term relationships with carefully matched families.
Available opportunities include: permanent full-time nanny placements, permanent part-time nanny placements, live-in nanny roles, live-out nanny roles, summer and seasonal care, drop-in/on-demand care, overnight care, newborn care, and event childcare for weddings, conferences, private events, and professional gatherings.
Compensation: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience, role type, schedule, specialization, and family needs. Premium consideration is available for infant care experience, newborn care specialist training, special needs experience, bilingual fluency, early childhood education, nursing, teaching, or doula/postpartum experience.
Minimum requirements: 2 years professional childcare experience, current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to renew before placement, strong references, reliable transportation, professional communication, clean background check eligibility, and comfort working with high-expectation families.
