Responsibilities
- Set up and operate extruder machines to produce plastic products according to specifications
- Monitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and materials to detect any issues
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targets
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies throughout the production process
This position has a schedule of 4-10 hours shifts, Monday through Thursday. Shift A - 7:00am to 5:00pm; Shift B - 5:00pm to 3:00am.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plastics manufacturing preferred
- Proven experience as an Extruder Operator or similar role in the plastics industry
- Strong understanding of the extrusion process and related machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
