We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team!
We are seeking someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with patients. Previous Medical Assistant experience is preferred but not required.
Position Requirements
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Ability to draw blood and obtain laboratory specimens preferred
- Willingness to learn laboratory draws if not currently experienced
- Excellent patient communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a busy medical office
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and medical terminology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Assisting providers with patient care
- Drawing blood and collecting laboratory specimens
- Preparing patients for examinations
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation
- Assisting with phone calls, scheduling, and other office duties as needed
- Keeping exam rooms and clinical areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Providing excellent patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekends: Off
Full-time position
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour during the 90-day probationary/training period
- Pay will be reviewed after the 90-day probationary/training period and may be increased based on experience, performance, and demonstrated skills

- Training provided for the right candidate who is willing to learn laboratory draws and other office procedures
