Role Overview
Seeking senior Product Manager to lead platform development and modernization for alternative investments (institutional HNW clients). This role combines product ownership with full accountability for end-to-end requirements across key workstreams. Please ensure to APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE FOR DESIGNING SOLUTIONS ON MODERN BANKING ENVIRONMENT AND EXPERIENCE AROUND BANKING RELATED FINANCIAL PRODUCTS OF ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS IS MANDATORY
Key Responsibilities
-Own product delivery across onboarding, sales/marketing, and investment platforms
-Lead modernization and development of systems supporting alternative investment vehicles
-Translate complex investment workflows (incl. fund of funds) into scalable solutions
Requirements Ownership (Core Focus):
-Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle from initiation through formal sign-off
-Lead elicitation across business and technology stakeholders
-Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
-Produce structured artifacts (process flows, functional specs, requirements docs)
-Drive stakeholder alignment and formal sign-off
-Ensure requirements are fully defined and approved prior to execution
Qualifications
-10 years Product / Project Management
-Strong senior experience in complex transformation environments
-Financial Services Asset Management REQUIRED
-Alternatives experience preferred
-Experience with fund of funds / complex investment structures
-Proven ability to operate independently across senior stakeholders
High-impact transformation work with real ownership across critical investment platforms. Long-term engagement (12 months).
