Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Retrieve customer orders

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant, grocery store, café, or culinary setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
