We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teacher’s Assistant (18 ) to support our experiential learning summer camps in Bothell, WA! This is a great opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in education or gaining hands-on experience working with students in a fun, creative environment.
In this role, you’ll assist lead teachers in guiding engaging, hands-on classes while helping students build confidence and curiosity.
Available Camps:
- All Aboard the Hogwarts Express! (6/22-6/26)
- Robotics (7/6-7/10)
- Design & Minecraft (7/13-7/17)
- Pokémon Build & Battle (8/10-8/14)
Schedule & Details:
- Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Students: Ages 5–12 (small group sizes)
- Session Dates: Multiple week-long camps throughout June-August
- Pay: $440 per week (5 classes)
What You’ll Do:
- Support the lead teacher during lessons and activities
- Help students stay engaged, focused, and having fun
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and classroom organization
- Encourage positive behavior and teamwork
- Step in to help individual students as needed
Who This Role is For:
- Someone 18 interested in teaching, education, or child development
- Students currently studying education (or related fields) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Individuals looking for entry-level experience with opportunities for future teaching roles
Qualifications:
- Positive, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience with kids (babysitting, tutoring, camps, etc.)
Requirements:
- Ability to commute to our Bothell campus
- Willingness to follow school policies and safety guidelines
- Pass a background check
