Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Digital Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across Digital Product, UX, and Marketing by translating web and customer behavior data into actionable business insights. You will analyze key digital performance metrics—including customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement trends, and purchase behavior—to identify opportunities that improve the online experience and accelerate growth.
You will also lead the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tracking solutions that empower stakeholders with timely, accurate, and meaningful insights to shape our digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze on-site customer behavior, traffic trends, and purchase patterns to uncover customer intent, friction points, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize key eCommerce funnels, including browse, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to define measurement strategies, tagging requirements, and ensure high-quality data capture.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation programs by developing hypotheses, assisting with test setup, analyzing results, and recommending next steps.
- Identify trends and anomalies in performance and proactively communicate opportunities or risks.
- Reporting, Insights & Decision Support
- Own the creation and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting across eCommerce performance, including traffic, sales, conversion, product trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
- Build intuitive dashboards and self-service reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, and Excel.
- Translate complex data into clear executive-level presentations, stories, and recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Establish scalable reporting frameworks and KPI definitions to improve consistency across teams.
- Support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews through data-driven insights.
- Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Train and support stakeholders on dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align on priorities and opportunities.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, GA4, or similar BI/analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of core eCommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, AUR, UPT, bounce rate, retention, and funnel drop-off metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including test design, statistical interpretation, and results communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into concise recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
